RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

  • The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery (i.e. courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • In case the item(s) is not as per the order placed, all delivery charges will be borne by Binshaikh.com in return or exchange cases.

STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS:

1. Submit Your Reason

If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please send the reason for return on any of our Facebook page, WhatsApp number, or helpline.
You will be required to resend the item(s) back to us with reference to the order number received.

2. Repack Merchandise

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the invoice, are included with your return shipment.

3. Ship To
